ORIGINALITY:	This Cremant Riesling owes a large part of its finesse and originality to the unique personnality of the Riesling grape varieties, and to the ideal conditions enjoyed by the vineyards: a dry, sunny climate with vineyard slopes battled in the rising sun, and special geological conditions.

TASTING:	EYES:a fine stream of bubles rising throught a slim glass of shimmering pale gold NOSE : Floral, delicacy, suppleness and balance TASTE : lively and fruity, full of elegance and nobility
SERVING:	To serve between 6° et 8°C.
IMPROVEMENT	This Cremant Riesling is prefeably enjoyed young, but can be kept for several years.
