The mariage of Riesling grapes with the soil of Scherwiller, an ideal combination of clay, sand and stones, allows the Riesling of Scherwiller to develop its fresh, elegant, lemony bouquet with a touch of Muscat. |

2008 Residual sugar: 5.6 g/l Vol/Alc. 12% |
VINIFICATION: |
Traditional methods are used for vinification of this Riesling. Pneumatic winepress, temperatur control. The fermentations are led by themselves, as in the beginning as they start over. |
TASTING: |
EYES:a elegant "robe" with bright reflexions NOSE : Floral, fine, muscat notes TASTE : vibrant, classy, with notes of citrus and a rich finish that lats in the mouth
