to become 100 liters cremant, the cremant d'Alsace need 150 kg grapes

Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank

Second fermentation in bottle

Disgorging after keeping during 15 months on lies

 DESCRIPTION :

White wine from white grapes, white sparling wine

Alc.vol 12%

Residual sugar approximatly 7 g/l

Pressure at 20°C: 6 Bar

TASTING:

EYES: yellow color pastel

NOSE :

TASTE : fine and regular bubbles, fresh

 To serve between 6° et 8°C.
