This is a sweet white wine. we wait of the noble rot, and cut the grape-berrys one after one. The harvest period of this wine is after middle or end of November or begining of december. This wine has a wonderfull yellow  color, with  gold reflexion, a honey and exotic nose, and a powerfull complexity. This selection de grains nobles has an exceptional lenght on the palate. it's from the regnonized vintage 2000.
